Kristy Skehan
Position: Registrar
Additional Responsibilities: She works closely with the Business Office on database administration and in a support capacity to the counseling department.
Educational Background: Mrs. Skehan holds a Bachelor�s degree in Women�s Studies from California State University Fullerton and has completed extensive graduate work there in the field of American Studies.
Work experience: Mrs. Kristy Skehan has enjoyed a variety of positions in educational administration including advisement and admissions, as well as working as a Degree Audit Specialist and trainer for Chapman University�s registrar�s office prior to joining Fairmont in 2009. As the registrar, Mrs. Skehan is responsible for maintaining student records.
Hobbies, special interests: She lives in Fullerton with her husband John and daughter Nora where they own and operate a restaurant. They enjoy spending time together outdoors and participating in their community.
What you enjoy most about your role at Fairmont? She has worked to implement more effective processes for the registrar�s office and enjoys the collaborative nature of Fairmont�s administrative team.�
